• Processing time varies for every product and each product has a description with a time frame of processing. 
• Custom outfits can take 10-14 days to complete 
• Custom shoes take can take 10 or more days depending on shoe size and style availability.
• Processing time does NOT include shipping.
• If you need an outfit by a certain date please be mindful of processing and shipping time. 

• All products are FINAL SALE. 
• Returns will only be considered if there is a design flaw.
• We reserve all rights to refuse refunds.
• No refund will be issued if the postal service does NOT deliver on time, on the expected delivery date.
• If we as a company decides to issue a refund, the company must receive the product before a refund can be issued. Returned item must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the product. Product must be un-worn and in originally packaging.
• Refunds with only be store credit, NO CASH REFUNDS. 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail. 

• J. Whitney and Company is not responsible for if the USPS is delayed past the expected delivery date. 
• Once packages are in the possession of the USPS it is out of J. Whitney and Company's control. 
• Please be mindful when ordering and needing shipping plan accordingly with processing and shipping time.
• You may request over night shipping for an additional fee.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
• All communication will be done via email.
• No communication with be conducted between the hours of 8pm-6am, 7 days a week.
